Isabela State University-San Mariano Campus concluded its National Women’s Month Celebration with a culminating event themed “Lipunang Patas sa Bagong Pilipinas: Kakayahan ng Kababaihan, Papatunayan!,” held simultaneously with the university on March 26th at the Agri-Educ Quadrangle.

The day began with an insightful discussion led by Ms. Jemima Domingo, RPm, focusing on self-care for empowered women, emphasizing self-acceptance and confidence-building.

Ms. Maycie S. Adriano, Administrative Officer IV, shed light on the importance of understanding the Magna Carta of Women, stressing the significance of women being informed about their rights.

The celebration also featured student participation in various activities, including slogan making, poster making, pencil drawing, and mobile phone photography, all aimed at showing support for women’s empowerment.

The event concluded with a unity dance, symbolizing solidarity among faculty and students in championing gender equality and women’s rights.
