Faculty members at San Mariano Campus remain up-to-date on Outcomes-based Education (OBE) through their participation in the recent In-Service Training (INSET) held on February 14th at the BSHM Function Hall.

Led by Dr. Kristopher R. Lopez, Academic Affairs Director, the training workshop aimed to enhance the curriculum, particularly in syllabi review and writing, to ensure students’ readiness for board examinations.

Dr. Ruby B. Dimas, Campus Administrator, emphasized the importance of the training in improving curriculum delivery and student outcomes. Dr. Lopez echoed this sentiment, highlighting the significance of providing quality education to produce graduates who are globally competitive.

During the session, faculty representatives from each program presented their revised OBE syllabi formats and structures for feedback and critique, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement in curriculum development.

The INSET serves as a vital platform for faculty members to stay informed and engaged in enhancing the quality of education offered at San Mariano Campus, ultimately contributing to the success of students in their academic and professional pursuits.
