Isabela State University proudly hosted PANATA 2023: Oathtaking Ceremony for Newly Hired and Promoted Faculty and Non-Teaching Employees at ISU-Echague Campus, Climate Change Hall, on December 21, 2023. This significant event aimed to honor the professional advancements of faculty and non-teaching staff across the university.

A total of twenty-one dedicated individuals from Isabela State University-San Mariano Campus took the oath, including three faculty members who were promoted and one newly hired, along with six promoted and eleven newly hired non-teaching employees.

Reflecting on his promotion, Mr. Rockangel Jamoral, BSEd core faculty, expressed profound gratitude for the recognition bestowed upon him by the institution. He emphasized that achieving academic ranks is a testament to the university’s commitment to acknowledging exemplary performance and meeting national standards.

Likewise, Ms. Candace Alcantara, Administrative Aide VI, shared her excitement about joining the ISU-SMr workforce and contributing to its mission. She sees the Oathtaking Ceremony as an affirmation of her commitment to serving the university community.

Mrs. Daylinda Duquez, Administrative Assistant II, expressed joy and gratitude for her promotion after years of dedicated service. Her journey from a casual employee to a promoted staff member is a testament to her dedication and perseverance.
