September 4, 2023, ISU-San Mariano Campus, alongside various agency partners of the Municipal Government of San Mariano, came together to kick off the month-long celebration of the 123rd Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA). The event took place at the Evacuation Building, Municipal grounds, marking the official commencement of the festivities.

The PCSA celebration promises a plethora of engaging activities throughout the month, including Fun Run, Ball Games, Board Games, Zumba, Stress Management Seminar, Parlor Games, Laro ng Lahi, Wellness Program, Culminating Night, and Raffle Draw.

During the opening program, Vice Mayor Dean Anthony Domalanta expressed gratitude to government employees for their invaluable contributions to the municipality and the nation. He underscored the significance of serving with a smile, highlighting the positive impact of dedicated public service.

One of the highlights of the event was the Search for Best in Barong and Filipiniana attires, where the Blue Team emerged victorious, earning them a lead in points over other competing teams.

This year’s PCSA theme, “Transforming Public Service in the Next Decade: Honing Agile and Future-ready Servant-Heroes,” resonates with the commitment to innovate and adapt to the evolving needs of the community and the nation.
