Preparing students for their academic journey, Isabela State University-San Mariano Campus hosted a General Orientation Program for incoming first-year students earlier today, September 8, 2023, at the Agri-Educ Quadrangle.

Dr. Ruby B. Dimas, Campus Administrator, underscored the significance of the orientation in acquainting students with ISU’s ethos. “This program is crucial as it familiarizes you with everything about Isabela State University,” Dr. Dimas emphasized. She stressed the importance of being informed about campus rules and regulations.

Throughout the orientation, students were introduced to ISU’s quality policy, vision, mission, and core values, as well as academic policies, student conduct, counseling services, scholarships, health services, library facilities, student organizations, sports, cultural activities, and housing services.

Dr. Kristopher R. Lopez, Academic Affairs Director, expressed gratitude to the speakers and parents for their involvement in the orientation. “We extend our heartfelt thanks to our speakers for their comprehensive presentations, and we appreciate the trust parents have placed in us by selecting our campus for their children’s tertiary education,” he remarked.
