Isabela State University–San Mariano Campus recognized its successful September 2025 and March 2026 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) passers during a recognition program held on June 4, 2026, at the Agri-Educ Quadrangle.
Campus Administrator Prof. Dr. Drolly P. Claravall emphasized the significance of perseverance, hard work, and resilience demonstrated by the new educators as they overcame challenges to achieve success.
“Despite the difficulties you experienced in life, you kept going, overcame all obstacles, and endured every hardship,” she said, adding, “May you use your knowledge and skills to make a positive difference.”
Dr. Jaypee A. Zipagan, Chairperson of the Bachelor of Secondary Education Program, highlighted that passing the LET represents more than earning a professional title, but also the culmination of years of dedication, sacrifice, and determination.
“Behind every passer is a story of resilience and courage,” he remarked.
Meanwhile, Dr. Aisie O. Bete-Liban, Campus Academic Affairs Director, expressed pride in the new batch of passers, noting their contribution in sustaining and further elevating the standards of the institution.
Hon. Jan Carlo B. Sumisim, Municipal Councilor and Chair of the Committee on Education, also extended his congratulations, emphasizing that the achievement reflects not only personal success but also pride for families, the University, and the Municipality of San Mariano.
He further described the passers as proof of the community’s capability, determination, and readiness to serve with excellence.
The recognition program reaffirmed ISU–San Mariano’s commitment to producing competent, values-driven, and service-oriented educators who continue to uphold excellence, integrity, and dedication in the field of education.
