Isabela State University–San Mariano Campus successfully passed its First Surveillance Audit for ISO 9001:2015, conducted by W3 Solutionz PH through a video conference on April 8, 2026.

The audit was conducted by Mr. Eli Ingles, who evaluated the campus’ compliance with international quality management standards and its continued implementation of effective academic and administrative processes.

The successful outcome affirms the campus’ sustained commitment to quality assurance, continuous improvement, and adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards in delivering academic services and institutional operations.

As part of the evaluation, the audit reviewed key areas of campus operations to ensure that established quality management systems remain effective, consistent, and aligned with institutional objectives.

The successful conduct of the surveillance audit highlights ISU–San Mariano’s dedication to maintaining excellence in service delivery and strengthening its culture of quality, transparency, and accountability in higher education.
